Massage as modality

Massage is a millennia-old modality for restoring balance to the body, calming the nervous system, and supporting the body’s innate ability to heal. It reduces pain and inflammation, increases circulation, and helps bring your body into balance.

Clinical massage uses these techniques for injury recovery and management of medical conditions.

About

Meet Rachel Sidles

Life has a way of inflicting its wear and tear on our bodies physically, mentally, and emotionally.

As a massage practitioner I stay sensitive to the needs of each person, and adapt my approach accordingly. I use diagnostic testing, gait analysis, and postural analysis to find the unique patterns of your body leading to the primary cause of your ailments.

With a former career in occupational therapy, as well as being a professional flamenco dancer, I integrate biomechanics, functional movement training, and ergonomics into my practice to prevent injury and facilitate optimal mobility and strength.

I prioritize staying open and sensitive to each person’s needs, and will strive to create a positive therapeutic massage experience for all my clients.
